All items in stock are despatched within 2 – 5 working days of receiving your order using Royal Mail “First class and signed for’.

As all of our products are hand crafted, there may be occasions when we are unable to despatch your order within the usual timescale. In these instances we would contact you immediately to advise of the situation and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
A Delivery charge is added to each order. This helps towards post, packaging and insurance.
Post and Packing within the UK – 1st class and signed for

Post and Packing within Europe – International Tracked and signed for
Orders under £40 = £10.00
Orders over £40 = £14.00
Post and Packing Non European – International tracked and signed for

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed using PayPal, a secure and trusted online payment gateway.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

All transactions are charged in GBP (£). However we also display prices in alternative currencies for the convenience of our overseas Customers, based on the most up to date exchange rates. Your basket displays an estimated cost in the selected currency.
All non GBP currencies will be charged in GBP; the actual price you will pay in your own currency will depend upon the exchange rate determined by your card account provider at the time of the purchase.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product purchased from Hume Sweet Hume, you can return the unused item within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Please keep all packaging materials and return goods as they were sent to you. A returns form will be enclosed with your order, please ensure that fill in your name and address and whether you would like a replacement.
Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited.
Please note that the delivery charge on your original order is not refundable.
Any goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost, with free delivery.
Refunds shall be repaid by original method of payment.
